Music helps you live longer?
A new study shows that listening to your favorite music can help your heart. The results show that a person who listens to music every day has a better blood pressure, heart rate, and has a less of a chance of heart failure. Studies also show that music has a good chance of lowering your anxiety level. Some doctors say that they would rather their patients to listen to happy songs rather than heavy metal songs so that you can be calm and your blood pressure doesn't go up.
